In the call, the fake police officer asked to deliver pizzas to the headquarters of the 2nd Military Police Company. The case happened on Wednesday night (8). The fraud was discovered when the delivery men arrived at the scene and discovered that none of the police officers had placed the order. According to the PM, the suspect identified himself as "Lieutenant Murilo Rocha", using a telephone number with the area code for the state of Pernambuco. In the order, the supposed customer had said that payment would be made upon delivery. Therefore, due to the prank, none of the pizzas were paid for and the pizzerias were left with the loss. The penalty is one to five years in prison and a fine. The Civil Police (PC-PR) was asked by g1 whether there is any investigation into the case, but reported that it has not yet been notified.
