Projects that transform realities Organizations that are formally constituted, with an active CNPJ, headquarters and operations in the city in which they are registering can participate. Projects must be focused on education and present evidence of a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents. The award seeks initiatives that promote the strengthening of bonds, healthy coexistence and the development of socio-emotional, relational and educational skills. Among the practices that may be present in projects are active listening, non-violent communication, positive discipline, socio-emotional education, emotional intelligence, storytelling and diversity education. According to the EP Institute, it is not necessary for the project to cover all of these fields. The practices serve as a reference to identify actions that contribute to more respectful, inclusive and cooperative relationships. Selection process Instituto EP opens selection of social projects with a prize of R$ 20 thousand in São Carlos Instituto EP/Disclosure The choice of organizations will be made in two stages. In the first phase, registered projects will be evaluated by committees formed by volunteer EP Group employees, organized by city. Each committee will be able to select up to three finalist projects, taking into account criteria such as clarity of the information presented, relevance of the initiative, proof of results, impact generated and potential for replication. In the second stage, the finalist projects will be presented to EP Group employees, who will participate in the vote to choose the winning organization in each region. The organizations covered will be announced on September 1, 2026 on the EP Institute's official channels and will also be communicated individually by email.
