So, everything indicates that it is a case of qualified homicide." In his opinion, the framing may occur because the victim had no possibility of defense. "In fact, because it did not provide any means of defense or any possibility of defending the victim himself." The criminalist also stated that the fact that the driver left the scene after the collision could have an impact on the investigation.
