The burger order was placed at 7:28 pm, through a delivery app, and arrived at the customer's home around half an hour later, at 7:57 pm. Hours later, at 9:04 pm, the customer requested a refund, with a photo of the supposed cockroach and a message detailing the situation. "A cockroach came into my burger and the packaging arrived open. I lost my money and ran out of snacks, it made me sick to eat it all ???", said the message. ? "The cockroach was completely clean. We also don't put mayonnaise on the top of the bun. How come there is mayonnaise on the top of the bun [in the photo], when we always put it underneath?", details Alisson Zen, owner of the burger restaurant, who also noticed that the color of the mayonnaise was different. However, anyone who does this type of thing may be liable for the crime of embezzlement.
