Sicoob ES visits Sicoob Credisul to learn about projects Disclosure Presidents and directors of Central Sicoob Espírito Santo were in Vilhena (RO) on the 3rd and 4th of August to learn about the structure of Sicoob Credisul and initiatives developed by the cooperative in the areas of health, innovation, education and regional development. The delegation included Nailson Dalla Bernadina, executive director; Bento Venturim, president of the Board of Directors of Sicoob Central ES; Arno Kerckhoff, president of Sicoob Coopermais and advisor to the Central; Cleto Venturim, president of Sicoob Sul-Serrano and advisor to the Central; and Sandra Helena Rosa Kwak, director of Human Resources and Sustainability. The agenda began at the Sicoob Credisul Administrative Unit, where the group learned about the cooperative's structure, its operations and projects developed in the region. Afterwards, the representatives visited Cooperar Hospital and learned about the history and implementation model of the unit, built from the mobilization of cooperatives, companies, institutions and the local community. The program continued at Hubee, an innovation hub that works to connect people, companies and initiatives aimed at the development of Rondônia and the Legal Amazon. The last item on the agenda was Favoo College. In addition to learning about the structure and proposal of the institution, the representatives participated in the Cooperation Tree, leaving their handprints as a record of the visit. For the president of the Board of Directors of Sicoob Central Espírito Santo, Bento Venturim, the exchange allows you to learn about different forms of action within the System itself and identify experiences that can contribute to other cooperatives. "When we visit a cooperative and get to know their projects up close, we realize the strength that exists in the exchange of experiences. Each region has its particularities, but we share the same purpose of generating development and transforming communities", highlighted Bento. The president of the Board of Directors of Sicoob Credisul, Ivan Capra, also highlighted the importance of bringing cooperatives closer together and sharing experiences. "Welcoming representatives from Sicoob Espírito Santo is an opportunity to share what we have built in our region and, at the same time, learn about other experiences within the System. This exchange is important because it allows us to learn from each other and identify initiatives that can contribute to the development of our cooperatives and the communities where we operate", stated Ivan. The program also included a reception dinner with dishes inspired by Amazonian cuisine, prepared by chef Pedro Bagattoli, providing visitors with contact with ingredients and flavors from the region. After the commitments in Vilhena, the delegation headed to Ji-Paraná (RO), where they continued their agenda of visits to cooperatives and Sicoob System initiatives in the region.
