Winners of Primeira Pauta 2025 Renan Mattos/Agência RBS A week of immersion in the RBS Group's newsrooms, following the routine of professionals from the media outlets RBS TV, Gaúcha, GZH, Zero Hora and Diário Gaúcho: this is the experience that Primeira Pauta RBS will provide to five Journalism students from Rio Grande do Sul. Starting this Tuesday (18), interested parties have until September 30th to register via the link to 2026 edition of the project. ? Access the g1 RS channel on WhatsApp Candidates must send, along with their registration, a video answering the question: “Why do I want to participate in the Primeira Pauta RBS journalistic project?” The authors of the 15 best videos move on to the next stage. Reinforcing the belief in new talents, RBS will hold a live broadcast, open to all registrants, with HR professionals to share tips on how to create a good CV, gain prominence on LinkedIn and more information about vacancies and selection processes. Connected to the expansion of RBS's digital journalism, this second phase has something new compared to recent years: instead of text, the 15 finalist students must send, by October 28th, journalistic content of their own investigation and with a free theme in video format for social networks, accompanied by a suggested subtitle and title (all content must be published on an online platform, such as YouTube and Vimeo). "Prima Pauta RBS is updated to keep up with new ways of consuming information: on social networks and through video news. We continue to produce quality journalism, but also closer, more accessible and connected with the language of new platforms. The most important thing remains the essence of the project, which is to provide students with a real writing experience and learning, in practice, with very qualified professionals", highlights Aline Eberhardt, social media coordinator at GZH and Gaúcha.

The videos will be evaluated by a commission made up of professionals from different RBS vehicles, who will take into account criteria such as objectivity, clarity, creativity, journalistic quality, ability to choose a topic connected to the public, correctness and ethics. The names of the five selected for the RBS First Agenda will be announced on November 18th. From November 30th to December 4th, students will receive remote guidance and support from professionals from Grupo RBS newsrooms. Finally, between December 7th and 11th, those selected will participate in person in the First Agenda Week, in which each person will produce a video and audio report to be published in GZH and broadcast on Gaúcha radio (check the full calendar below). In addition to the journalistic experience, the five winners will also receive access to an immersive Planeta Atlântida 2027 workshop, with a date to be confirmed.
