Conceived and managed by Luar Grinberg and Marina Cavalcanti, Café Coragem promotes artistic, cultural and political events led by women and people from the Cuír community — a term adapted from “queer” to the country language. Despite the expansion, Quadrilha Coragem's proposal is to maintain a popular, inclusive and open festival to rural and urban communities in the region. Music and square dancing open to the public The program will feature music throughout the night with the band Forró das Cumade, made up exclusively of women. The main attraction will be the Quadrilha Coragem, with 12 pairs of dancers. The presentation will be open to public participation. The party will also feature traditional June festival games adapted to the country folk universe.
