Prestes prepares the biggest project in its history, worth R$400 million in Ponta Grossa

Prestes Construtora e Incorporadora is in the final stretch of preparation for the launch of the biggest project in its history: A Masterplan in the Chapada neighborhood that should generate more than R$400 million throughout its implementation phases, masterplan is a structured plan for the development of a region that goes beyond the implementation of a new project. The proposal contemplates a planned and long-term transformation, with interventions in infrastructure and urbanization. The initiative seeks to contribute to the region's growth, appreciation and quality of life, creating conditions for its development to occur in a planned, structured and sustainable way over time. The project was designed to contribute to the urban transformation of the region, generating jobs, moving suppliers, strengthening commerce and services and expanding the infrastructure necessary for the neighborhood's growth. In addition to the resources used by the masterplan, Prestes plans to allocate more than R$20 million, over the next five years, to counterparts, infrastructure works and urban improvements related to its projects in Ponta Grossa. The investments will be made directly by the company and should benefit both future residents and communities in the impacted regions. Among the planned interventions are paving, drainage, mobility, water supply, sewage collection, public lighting, road signage, sidewalks and urbanization of public spaces. The planning also includes contributions to strengthen the public service structure, in accordance with the definitions established with the municipality and the competent bodies. Planned urban development Large-scale projects increase the demand for infrastructure, mobility and public services. Therefore, Prestes evaluates its impacts from the initial stages of development and executes urban planning considerations with the same technical rigor and quality standards adopted in its condominiums. "The objective is to deliver projects located in regions prepared to receive new residents, with security, complete infrastructure and a better quality of life. Interventions are planned according to the characteristics of each project and in permanent alignment with the responsible public bodies", highlights Geisy Wrobel da Silva, Real Estate Development coordinator at Prestes. With 17 years of operation, Prestes has already delivered more than 5 thousand housing units in Ponta Grossa, where the company's headquarters are located. The Chapada neighborhood was chosen for its strategic location, connection to important roads, territorial availability and growing demand for housing. The expectation is that the masterplan will accelerate the development of the region and contribute to consolidating it as a new growth vector for the municipality.
