Pothole filling was the second most requested issue, with 4,016 occurrences, while requests for cutting down or evaluating trees came in third, with 3,599 records. Regarding the increase in pothole filling requests registered by telephone 156, Campinas City Hall reported that the volume of rain this year was above the historical average, which contributes to the wear of the pavement. From January to March, the accumulated amount reached 819 millimeters, 22% above that recorded in the same period last year, according to data from Cepagri.
