Candidate in São Paulo
In a different strategy, publicist Rafaell Milas (Missão) will launch his campaign for the Government of Mato Grosso at a national event at the University of São Paulo (USP), alongside the party's presidential candidate, businessman Renan Santos, other candidates for state governments and party activists.
"It will be the launch of Renan, and I, as a candidate, will be there, as will others. I am a candidate in Mato Grosso and it is a reality that we will 'startar' [start] from there", Milas stated to the reporter.
From São Paulo, Milas will launch his candidacy to supporters and voters in Mato Grosso through social media.
Like Natasha, Milas is running for elected office for the first time. He presents himself as an “anti-system” candidate, a line also adopted by Renan Santos. Both participated in the founding of Missão, a party that originated from the political activities of members of the Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL), which was among the movements that defended the impeachment of former president Dilma Rousseff (PT), in 2016.
