Salary bonus 2026 According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the estimate is that 26.9 million workers will benefit in 2026, with a total of R$33.5 billion in payments. From this year onwards, PIS/Pasep payment will follow fixed dates. The amounts will always be released on the 15th of the month corresponding to the month of birth — or on the first business day following, if the date falls on a weekend or holiday. The annual closure of payments will occur on the last banking day of the year, in accordance with Central Bank rules, which becomes the deadline for withdrawing the bonus.
