The publication of the Official Gazette informs that, after analyzing the administrative process, the Prosecutor's Office concluded that the public servant has not performed her duties since March 31, 2009. The document also states that animus abandonandi on her part was characterized. ?The expression in Latin means "intention to abandon" and is used to characterize the server's deliberate and conscious desire to break the functional bond, failing to show up for work without justification. Abandoning a position is subject to dismissal, as provided for in article 140 of State Law No. 5,247/1991. The decision was forwarded to the State Secretariat for Planning, Management and Heritage (Seplag), responsible for the administrative procedures necessary to comply with the measure. g1 also contacted Seplag to find out if the body had already received the decision and if the dismissal was effective. The body was left to investigate the fact. Note - Seduc The Secretary of State for Education of Alagoas (Seduc) clarifies that the aforementioned employee, admitted in the year 2000, performed her duties for only three months, leaving her activities shortly afterwards, and that the payment of her salary was suspended immediately after abandoning her position, still in the year 2000, as stated in her financial record, and there was no charge or transfer of public resources to her throughout the entire period of absence. Seduc also informs that the process of dismissal due to abandonment of position was actively provoked by the Secretariat itself, and that, although it recognizes that the bureaucratic and procedural process was lengthy, until the conclusion and formalization of the dismissal, there was no financial loss to the treasury during the process.
