The names of the professionals were not disclosed and they respond freely. The new phase of the operation is an offshoot of operation 'R1', carried out on October 19, 2025. On that occasion, the Federal Police arrested eight people in the act during the application of the test in Juiz de Fora. Materials seized during the first phase of the operation in Juiz de Fora PF/Disclosure According to the investigations, the group acted in two main ways: Transmission of answers: candidates used electronic devices, such as mini cell phones and smart watches, to receive the answers to questions during the test. Use of 'oranges': people hired signed up for the exam with false documents to take the test in place of real candidates. Candidates involved in the scheme would pay up to R$140,000 if approved, according to the PF. What is ENAMED? ENAMED is a test administered by the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) that evaluates graduating medical students based on the National Curricular Guidelines. The exam aims to measure the quality of medical training in Brazil and contribute to the improvement of courses. The test can also be used as a qualifying stage for Enare, the national selection process for medical residency. Final-year medical students and trained doctors participate in the assessment.
