What those investigated said In testimony, one of those investigated stated that he did not know one of the motorcyclists and that he went to the location because he believed that one of the victims could be his father-in-law. He told police that he saw a person trying to put the motorcycle into another vehicle and that he offered a pickup truck to help with transportation. The other person investigated told the police that he was a friend of one of the victims and said that she asked for the motorcycle to be removed from the scene because she did not have a license to drive. According to the police record, he declared that he knew about the lack of license and that the removal of the vehicle was intended to avoid the seizure of the motorcycle.
