"We suffered threats and, as she is a famous person, we know that we are at risk of reprisal. There was no such offense on our part", reported the trader. The owner of the skewer reported that she followed Mariana Alves' work on social media and, at first, believed that the situation was a joke. “When she came up screaming, I thought it was a joke, but when she threatened to break everything and punch the boys, I saw that it wasn't a joke, so I went in front of her”, said the owner of the establishment. According to Janaína, the skewer has been operating since 2011 and has never been involved in cases of discrimination. g1 contacted Mariana Alves' team using the phone number provided on the influencer's profile.
