The Civil Police reported that, after threatening the boy, the man went to the school management and confirmed what he had said. “He went to the school management and said, in front of the principal, that he committed the crime and that he said that to the child”, declared the police chief. The Municipal Civil Guard was called. The man was taken to the police station where he was charged with the crime of threatening. As the case was framed under the Henry Borel Law, the Special Courts Law (Law 9,099/95) does not apply.
