According to the police report registered by his relatives, he was last seen in the early hours of July 10, after going out with a friend to watch a World Cup match in a bar in Vila Madalena. The family reported to the police that the two left the region around 12:30 am, in an app car.

After this journey, the family members were no longer able to contact the lawyer. The police record states that his phone made a call to an investment company at around 4am, indicating the location in the Avenida Paulista region. About an hour later, there was the last known activity on WhatsApp.
The disappearance caused concern because Pedro did not return to the hotel, stopped responding to messages and also did not show up for work, contrary to his routine. He had normally completed his home office hours before leaving that night.
In the request submitted to the authorities, the relatives requested the analysis of race data via the application, including route, GPS location and information about the driver. They also asked for an investigation into the call made during the early hours of the morning and the latest cell phone records.
Preliminary information indicates that Pedro may have felt ill after leaving the bar, but this version has not yet been officially confirmed. The body was without documents and without a telephone, a circumstance that may have delayed identification.
