Justice maintains arrests of father and sons suspected of murdering friends who went to collect debt in Paraná

"The family nucleus [of the Buscariollo family] was scrutinized and we detected that they were from Santa Bárbara. They even responded there for community service provision measures. They were tracked people. So that's where we knew that there were residences there", said the delegate. Lawyer Renan Farah, who represents the three prisoners, said he is awaiting his clients' custody hearing in Piracicaba (SP) this Wednesday (19). According to him, Carlos Henrique was not in the city on the date of the murder and, therefore, had no involvement with the deaths. The Civil Police reported that they believe other people may be involved in the deaths, but their names have not yet been released. The prisoners were taken to Umuarama (PR). PC-PR The crime According to the investigation, Alencar Gonçalves de Souza had sold the property to the Buscariollo family, and the payment was divided into ten installments of R$25,000. None of the installments were paid and, therefore, Alencar's three friends — Robishley, Rafael and Diego — traveled from São José do Rio Preto (SP) to Icaraíma (PR) to collect the money. The four were last seen on August 5, 2025, and the case was initially treated as a disappearance. Before disappearing, they had spoken to family members for the last time. However, more than a month later, the bodies were found buried in a bunker, an underground structure, approximately four kilometers from the rural property where, according to the investigation, the murders took place. The Civil Police believe that the four were killed in an ambush when they returned to the suspects' property, around 12:30 pm that day.
