IFMT opens registrations for the largest Integrated High School selection process in its history

Registration for both notices is open until August 31, 2026 and must be completed exclusively online, on the official selective portal: selective.ifmt.edu.br.

The number exceeds the previous year's mark, which had more than 3,500 applicants and vacancies, consolidating IFMT's commitment to the expansion of free, quality public education in all regions of the State.

To meet the diversity of municipalities and provide greater access to admission, the selection process is divided into two distinct notices, which vary depending on the form of selection adopted by each campus: selection by objective exam/test (Notice No. 135/2026) and selection by analysis of academic records (Note No. 136/2026).

Notice nº 135/2026 – Selection by Objective Test (1,905 vacancies):

There is a registration fee of R$50.00 (with a period for requesting an exemption provided for in the notice for candidates from the public school system and those with low income). The face-to-face test will be administered on October 18, 2026, from 2 pm to 5:30 pm (Cuiabá time), containing 50 objective questions (20 from Portuguese Language/Literature, 20 from Mathematics and 10 from Natural Sciences).

Registration is completely free. The selection will be made based on the arithmetic average of the grades/concepts of the Portuguese Language and Mathematics subjects in the 7th and 8th years of Elementary School, attached at the time of registration in a PDF file.
