In an interview with Brasil Urgente on TV Bandeirantes, this Friday (14), Cunha reported the case. The criminals attacked the taxi he was in, near the Clínicas subway station - where the criminal ran to hide, he said.

The former SPFC director said he fell down the stairs of the subway station in an attempt to capture the thief and broke five ribs. He, who is also a doctor and sports commentator, says he is under observation given the risks caused by the fracture.
“I didn’t think anything of it,” the report continued. "I saw the glass exploding, this happened to my daughter the other day, near Minhocão. I said 'I'm going to follow and open the door running, he ran, I ran too, he went down the stairs, I went down too."
The report contacted the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat, but received no response until the publication of this text.
