Orleans stated that he intends to expand full-time education to 15% of schools in the state network, associated with technical and vocational education. The candidate also defended the expansion of civic-military schools for high school students. When talking about education, Orleans also cited actions carried out by the current state government, such as the delivery of tablets to students, support for municipalities with school transport and the Real Meal program. "I want to continue advancing education. My main proposal is for us to make 15% of the schools in the state of Maranhão full-time, linking technical and vocational education. I also want to expand civic-military schools for secondary education", he stated.
