How it works The training is divided into two stages. In the first, participants watch 12 short video classes, with content focused on the job market. Topics include preparation for selection processes, CV preparation, professional behavior, communication, critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving. After completing this stage and receiving certification, the participant has access to an employability platform with job vacancies and opportunities offered by more than 400 partner companies. It is also possible to start the online English course offered in partnership with EF. The training lasts 12 months and uses artificial intelligence, accompanied by teachers trained in the institution's methodology. Technology allows learning to be adapted to the pace of each student. The following can participate: Young people aged 16 to 29; People in situations of social vulnerability; You must have completed primary education; There is no fee charged; Training is carried out online; Registration remains open until 1,000 vacancies are filled. English as a differentiator The offer of the English course seeks to expand the possibilities for young people to enter the job market. According to data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), the unemployment rate among young people reached 14.9% in the first quarter of 2026, more than double the national average. For ICCB and Solar Coca-Cola, learning a second language can help qualify the regional workforce and increase access to jobs that require knowledge of English. "At Solar, we are committed to boosting socioeconomic development and generating opportunities in the territories where we are present. We understand the challenges faced by young people in accessing their first job and we believe that professional training, combined with learning a second language, is a transformative tool to open doors in the current job market", stated Alana Barros, Sustainability Coordinator at Solar Coca-Cola. Daniela Redondo, executive director of the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute, also highlighted the importance of the language for professional training. "For many young people, the obstacle is not just finding a job, but reaching the job market with the skills that companies are looking for. English broadens this horizon, especially in a market that is increasingly connected, but still has unequal access to opportunities," he said. According to her, the combination of language teaching, professional training and direct access to vacancies can help reduce barriers to entry into the job market.
