The orders were issued by the Court of the Single Court of the District of Ipubi. The investigations began in August 2025. According to the police, the group has an organized and hierarchical structure, with a clear division of functions between the members. The organization's operations involve different fronts. Among them are the internal discipline of the faction, the circulation and storage of weapons, the logistics of criminal activities, financial transactions and communication. The operation is chaired by delegate Camila Nogueira, head of the 24th Sectional Police Station. The work is supported by the Intelligence Directorate of the Civil Police of Pernambuco. The action also has operational support from the Military Police of Pernambuco, the Intelligence and Organic Security Management of the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration and the Civil Police of Ceará.
