I was providing assistance. There was a child with her", he recalled. Locksmith Wanques Oliveira also found out about the bus stop collapse. "I was passing by here yesterday. Then, I saw there was movement. A colleague told me that the girl was under the bus stop. Suddenly, out of nowhere, he fell on top of her, hit her on the arm. A guy called the ambulance, because she was dying of pain", he reported. It's always a risk, because if there's no maintenance on public things, it becomes difficult. Seeing it from here on the ground, I was scared. It's very corroded with rust, it's rotten.
