Furthermore, the roof required surgical attention, with the complete replacement of all structural wood, the sealing blanket and the lining. Caiçara architecture with Spanish precision The project concept merges the typology of Brazilian beach houses from the mid-20th century with the constructive precision of Spanish porches. Solid wood doors and windows were painted olive green (a reference to colonial architecture) and applied textured glass colored in shades of yellow, orange and blue, very common in houses from the 1950s.
