B•Kids, a brand specializing in teaching English to children after school, launched its franchise model, and is looking for entrepreneurs interested in offering a space designed for language immersion for children aged 2 to 11. Created in Joinville, Santa Catarina, the after-hours space has been a reference in the city and region since 2019. From this stage onwards, the B•Kids Franchising brand began to expand its operations in Santa Catarina and other regions of Brazil, offering a proposal that combines total immersion in English, socio-emotional development, financial education and contact with nature from the first years of life. The importance of English today The launch of the B•Kids franchise follows a trend observed in the educational sector: families' search for experiences that complement traditional education and prepare children for an increasingly globalized world. In this way, mastery of English has gained prominence not only as a differentiator, but as a skill considered strategic for the academic and professional future. According to the EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI) 2025, considered one of the largest studies on English proficiency in the world and drawn from tests carried out by more than 2.2 million people in 123 countries, the language continues to be the main language of international communication, present in areas such as science, technology, business, tourism and knowledge production. The survey also shows that Brazil remains in the range of countries with low proficiency in English, indicating that there are still challenges in expanding access to learning the language.

An idea born from family experience Although the franchise was officially launched in 2026, the story of B•Kids began many years earlier. The founders Daiane Linn and Chiara Lua Zanuzzo have worked in the education field since 2006 and have accumulated experience teaching English over almost two decades. And it was in 2019 that the idea of ??creating a space where learning happened in a playful way came up. "We realize that children learn through playing. For them to really learn English, they need to live the language, and not just study it”, highlights Daiane, who is also Director of Operations for the B•Kids franchise. Based on this perception, a methodology based on immersion was developed. Instead of setting aside specific moments to teach the language, all activities carried out within B•Kids take place in English. Games, workshops, games, music, sensory experiences and projects are part of the children's routine, who are encouraged to use the language spontaneously throughout the day. Language teaching market grows in Brazil The expansion of B•Kids takes place at a time of growth in educational franchising in Brazil. According to the Education Sector Diagnosis 2025, from the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF), the segment earned R$15.5 billion in 2024, a growth of 9% compared to the previous year. The survey also shows that 56% of students served by education networks attend face-to-face classes, showing that this format continues to be the main choice for families. For Daiane Linn, this change in family behavior reinforces the search for methodologies that put children in contact with the language in a natural way. "Interest in language learning continues to grow and we realize that many families are looking for a model that goes beyond the traditional classroom. Our proposal is to provide an experience of English within the child's routine", highlights the founder. Structured model for growth The decision to transform B•Kids into a franchise was accompanied by a business structuring process to ensure that new units maintain the methodology and experience offered by the brand since its creation. According to the company, one of the differences lies in the experience of the partners, who have worked for around 20 years in the educational segment, with 15 years of experience as franchisees. This knowledge served as the basis for developing an operational model aimed at expanding the network. Another highlight is the performance of the first B•Kids unit, which recorded 325% growth in revenue over five years. The results achieved contributed to the formatting of the franchise, carried out with the support of a consultancy specialized in franchising. The company also has its own methodology and teaching materials, developed exclusively for the chain, in addition to maintaining a pilot unit, used to test new activities, validate processes and implement innovations before expanding them to other franchises. For Daiane Linn, the expansion represents more than the growth of the brand. The objective is to make the methodology accessible to a greater number of children and contribute to the formation of new generations prepared for an increasingly globalized scenario. "B•Kids' success happens through the union of engaged and competent people, an exploratory environment and a consistent methodology. Prospering with education is one of the best ways to invest. We transform society, bring learning and joy to children and, at the same time, build a sustainable business", highlights the brand's founder.
