Black Pantera opens album 'Continental' with speech by geographer Milton Santos

The band Black Pantera inserts incidental speech by geographer Milton Santos (1926 – 2021) in the title song of the album 'Continental' Hugo Brito / Disclosure ? NEWS ? Notable geographer and thinker from Bahia born 100 years ago and died five years ago, but immortalized by the critical definition that any geographic space is in permanent social mutation, shaped by political actions arising from human relations, Milton Santos (1926 – 2021) appears in memoriam on the Black Pantera trio’s fifth studio album, “Continental”, out in the world starting next Friday, August 21st. A line by Milton Santos opens the album, inserted in the title song “Continental”. Another novelty is that Chico César completes Black Pantera's guest section on the album. The singer appears in “Banzo”, another of the 13 songs from the new and original repertoire of the album “Continental”. Chico César joins a team that includes Derrick Green, Duquesa and Sandra de Sá, present in the songs “Obsoleto”, “Serotonina” and “ Quando canto”, respectively. Other songs on the album are “Negusa nagast”, “Punhos cerrados”, “Velho denim ripped”, “Yasuke”, “Sic mundus” and “W.P.P.”, in addition to “Start the game” and “Hórus”, both previously released as singles on July 13th and 31st, respectively.
