SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) - Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency) ordered this Friday (14) the seizure and prohibition of a series of products sold with the promise of weight loss and which refer to Mounjaro, a tirzepatide-based medicine manufactured by the pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly.

According to the agency, the items do not have health registration and are prohibited from being manufactured, distributed, sold, disclosed or used. They are produced by an unknown company.
