The Electronic Auction Approval Term No. 01/2026 was published in the Official Journal of Municipalities (AMM-MT) this Monday (03.08). The winner of the bid was the company Prime Serviços e Soluções Ltda., based in Várzea Grande, which will be responsible for the services of lots 2, 3 and 4. Lot 1 was declared unsuccessful as there was no suitable proposal.
In accordance with administrative process no. 5224/2025, the contract covers the washing, cleaning and disinfection of official vehicles of various sizes used by municipal departments, in accordance with the specifications set out in the Terms of Reference of the notice.
The approval was signed by the municipal secretary of Administration, Jaqueline Favetti.
The publication comes a few days after the mayor issued two financial calamity decrees, one covering the municipal administration and the other specific to the Department of Water and Sewage (DAE). In the acts, management justifies the measures due to the imbalance in public accounts and the need to adopt exceptional actions to reorganize the municipality's financial situation.
Also last week, Flávia Moretti declared an emergency for 180 days in the areas affected by the drought. The decree was based on technical reports that pointed to a reduction in water availability and the risk of compromising the water supply system, authorizing emergency measures to minimize the impacts of the crisis.
Although the contracting was carried out through a bidding process and was intended for the maintenance of the official fleet, the approval of a contract worth almost R$500,000 comes at a time when the municipal administration itself claims to be facing a financial crisis and an emergency situation related to water supply.
