The police report indicates that the dog is a five-year-old adult male. The owner reported that he had adopted the animal about a year and two months ago and that only he had control of the dog. The case was forwarded to the Agudos Police Station and registered as culpable homicide, when there is no intention to kill. The Civil Police investigates the case.
