Given the situation, searches were carried out and the vehicle was located in a vacant lot in the city. At the scene, the two servers were found inside the vehicle "in circumstances of an intimate nature". The City Hall team called the Military Police (PM) to register a police report. According to the municipal administration, an administrative procedure (PAD) was opened to investigate the facts, the circumstances surrounding the use of the official vehicle and any functional responsibility of the employees involved. They continue to receive their salaries.

In a note, the municipal administration clarified that official vehicles are monitored 24 hours a day through a tracking system, which allows movements to be monitored and contributes to security, control and the correct use of public property. “Finally, the Municipal Administration reaffirms its commitment to transparency, supervision, the correct use of public assets, administrative responsibility and strict compliance with principles and standards”, says the note.
