According to a report published by him on social media, the attack occurred on Saturday morning (11), at around 7:45 am, when a man approached him from behind, punched him in the face and head and made offenses related to the victim's sexual orientation.

The SSP (São Paulo Public Security Secretariat) reported that the case was registered by the 27th Police District, in Campo Belo, as a bodily injury and forwarded to the Metropolitan Police Station.
According to the ministry, expert examinations were requested from the parties involved, and the police authority remains at the victim's disposal to gather new information that could contribute to clarifying the facts.
The SSP added that, if new elements are gathered during the investigation, the nature of the incident may be changed, without prejudice to ongoing investigations.
ViaMobilidade stated that it remains available to the authorities to collaborate with the investigation and stated that its teams are trained to welcome victims and provide support in cases of violence.
The deputy requested that the case be sent to the Racial Crimes and Intolerance Offenses Office and asked for the police report to be rectified so that the possible homophobic motivation could be considered in the investigation.
