The information was released this Thursday (9), after an operation carried out by the corporation to clarify the double homicide. According to the Civil Police, the investigation brought together images from security cameras, forensic evidence, ballistic evidence and other elements that helped identify the dynamics of the crime and the suspect responsible for carrying out the shooting. The attack took place on Saturday night (4). At the time, two men, aged 19 and 24, were killed at the scene. The victims were identified as Leonardo da Silva Rodrigues and Carlos Eduardo Praxedes. ? During the action, a restricted-use firearm was found hidden under a bed, following a recommendation from the teenager himself. Drugs were also seized, according to police. Initially, a resident presented a version about the origin of the material, but, later, the teenager allegedly assumed ownership of the drugs. The teenager was not provisionally hospitalized for the crime because the request made by the Civil Police was denied by the Court. He, however, remained caught in the act for an infraction similar to the crimes of possession of a restricted firearm and drug trafficking. The Civil Police reported that investigations continue to identify others involved in the crime and clarify the motivation for the attack. The teenager's identity was not disclosed by the authorities in compliance with the Child and Adolescent Statute, as the suspect was a minor. g1 tries to locate the teenager's defense.
