Of the 21 parties that received the determination, at least 16 had already sent information to the Supreme Court by Sunday (16). The original statement led Dino to seek information from other acronyms represented in Congress. The minister highlighted that the presentation and deliberation of amendments are the responsibility of parliamentarians and began to investigate whether, despite this, party structures exert some type of influence on the choice or distribution of resources.
With the parties' responses, the Supreme Court must gather information on how the parties internally organize the relationship between their leadership and the parliamentarians responsible for nominating the amendments.
