Man is rescued in serious condition after accident between motorcycle and car in Campinas Rafael Santos A 50-year-old motorcyclist and his daughter, 20, were injured after an accident between car and motorcycle on Thursday morning (20), in the Nova Campinas region, in Campinas (SP). Both were rescued in serious condition. The accident happened around 8:12 am at the intersection between Rafael Andrade Duarte and Artur Freitas Leitão streets. According to information gathered by the EPTV team at the scene, the motorcycle did not respect the "stop" on the road and, as it crossed directly, it was hit by the other vehicle. According to the Military Police, the Águia helicopter and firefighters were called to carry out the rescue. The man was taken to Unicamp's HC and the 33-year-old driver of the car was uninjured.
