Saturday (08.08) Created in 2019, the Sesi MT Orchestra is recognized as the first professional chamber orchestra in Mato Grosso. Over the years, the group expanded its performance, held special concerts and shared the stage with renowned Brazilian music artists, such as Vanessa da Mata, Michel Teló, Renato Teixeira, Ricardo Herz and international violinist Cármelo de Los Santos, in addition to partnerships with the UFMT Choir and other guests.
“The concert in Sorriso was designed to thrill audiences of all ages, uniting different musical styles in symphonic arrangements specially prepared for the occasion”, comments Fernando.
Immersive exhibition
The program also includes the Sesi 50 Years Photographic Exhibition, which celebrates five decades of activity by the Industrial Social Service (Sesi MT) in Mato Grosso.
In addition to the concert, the public will be able to visit the Sesi 50 Years Photographic Exhibition, an immersive experience that celebrates the institution's five decades of operation in Mato Grosso. Much more than a traditional exhibition, the exhibition was designed in an innovative format that simulates a cube, bringing together 140 photographs distributed on its external sides.
The images portray remarkable moments, characters and initiatives that highlight Sesi MT's contribution to education, health, safety and the quality of life of industry workers, their families and Mato Grosso society. Inside the structure, a timeline takes the visitor through the main milestones in the institution's history, connecting past, present and future and highlighting Sesi's evolution over its 50 years of operation in the state.
