Woman survives attempted feminicide in southeastern Pará A woman survived an attempted feminicide in Curionópolis, southeastern Pará. According to the Military Police, the suspect is the victim's ex-partner. Unable to enter his ex-partner's house, the man allegedly fired more than 20 shots at the victim, who tried to hide in the bedroom, but was still hit by some of the shots. The woman was rescued after a person passed by on the street, heard gunshots and cries for help coming from inside the property and called the police. When officers arrived at the address, they found the injured woman inside the residence. Police did not say how many of the 20 shots fired hit the woman. ?
