Maria Maud inserts songs by Cazuza and Marina Lima among the authorial repertoire of the album 'Minha confusion'

Scheduled for release on September 3, the album “Minha Verdade” arrives three years after the Rio artist’s debut album, “Maud”, released in May 2023. With 10 songs formatted with musical production divided between Jadeco, Pedro Malcher, Rafael Casqueira, Teago Oliveira and Ariel Donato (producer of Maud’s first album), the album “Minha Verdade” has a basically original repertoire. This repertoire is made up of songs such as “Não vai mente” (already presented in a single released on August 6), “Pessoa Certo”, “Doce, Dirty & Tropical”, “Morro de Dó” and “ Além de Nós”, but includes two re-recordings. Maud re-records “Down em mim” (1982) – a song by Cazuza (1958 – 1990), released on the band Barão Vermelho’s first album – and “Acontecimentos” (Marina Lima and Antonio Cicero, 1991), a hit by Marina Lima from the same 1991 album in which Maud found the pearl “I don’t know how to dance” (Alvin L, 1991) for her first album.
