The crime occurred quickly around 11am on Rua Guimarães Passos, in an area known for its movement and concentration of clinics, medical offices, businesses and residences. As Paulo drove into a residence, he was approached by two men on a motorcycle. Security camera footage recorded the moment the criminals approached and fired at least three shots at the businessman.
