The decision is made by judge Alexandre José Chaves Trindade. Crime occurred in August 2025 According to the process, Paulo Vitor Lemos dos Reis was killed around 8:30 pm on August 1, 2025, on Rua Manaus, in the Fidélis neighborhood, close to the Maguari River, in the district of Outeiro. The victim was hit by stab wounds, according to the narrative presented to the court. The injuries would have caused internal bleeding. The complaint also points out that, after the victim fell to the ground, the accused continued the attacks, this time with a motorcycle helmet, hitting Paulo Vitor in the face. According to the narrative of the case, the victim was unconscious and had no possibility of defense when the attacks continued.
