According to the president of the Community Public Security Council of Santo Antônio de Pádua, Luiz Carlos Bastos da Cunha, who participated in the actions in support of the Civil Police, the man had jumped over the wall of the health unit, broken into the gate used to access the site and stolen the copper wires from the electrical network. According to Lieutenant Cunha, the wires were not found with the suspect. The material would have been sold by him to people who buy recyclable materials. According to delegate Phelipe Cyrne, the suspect has already been identified during investigations. As the theft took place over the weekend, there was no arrest in the act. Also according to the delegate, the investigation will be concluded and forwarded by the Civil Police to the Public Ministry. The suspect's name was not released.
