Therefore, if Poze is not found, Giovanni and his fiancée are considering returning to Brazil to resolve the tasks and leave the other three dogs accompanying the trip — Matuê, Nagalli and Flávia — and then return to Patagonia. ? Why these names? Matuê, Poze and Nagalli are namesakes of Brazilian trap and funk artists. The dogs received the same names as the musicians, known for hits such as "Anos Luz", "Confissões" and "Me Sinto Abençoado". The three dogs returned to the house afterwards, however, Poze did not return. The family travels with four dogs and had stopped at a campsite located about ten minutes from a ski resort. According to Giovanni, it was part of the routine to leave the animals free in the fenced space, which had a forest in the background. ??? The owner describes Poze as a “naughty” dog, who does not scare easily and likes to interact with other dogs — reflections of the period in which he lived on the streets. At home, however, he tends to play hard to get and rarely asks for attention. With sadness, Giovanni recalled his last interaction with the animal before its disappearance. "He came to ask for affection in a way that wasn't like him. He asked for so much affection, he didn't stop [...] and we even joked: 'Wow, how affectionate you are, it doesn't even look like you'. And it was the last interaction we had with him", he recalled. Difficult access The search for the dog is faced with geographical and technological challenges, as well as the adverse climate. The difficult-to-access region is crossed by a highway, a river and mountain trails, making searches difficult. To make matters worse, the family faces three main obstacles: Tracker with no signal: Poze uses a location tag, but the device requires cell phones from the same brand connected to the internet nearby. In rural Argentina, there is no signal. Extreme cold: the region records continuous rain and low temperatures, raising fears that the animal will suffer from hypothermia and starvation. Cultural factor: residents of local farms are used to loose dogs and may not realize that Poze is lost, even though he is wearing an identification collar. "He had a lot of places to go. So, it's difficult to look for. One of the streets went to the ski center, we went all the way to the end, we didn't find him, we informed everyone about the ski center. And then, they [local residents] already posted in Facebook groups around here", he said.
