During the agenda, the candidate presented proposals aimed at public management and administrative efficiency, focusing on the application of public resources, transparency and combating corruption. Reginaldo Lima also defended investments in areas such as security, transport, housing and health, in addition to valuing workers. "In the PCB government, managing efficiently means ensuring that public resources actually reach the hands of workers, that is, in the hands of those who really need it. How are we going to do this? Through transparency, planning and zero tolerance for corruption", he stated. The candidate also said that he intends to increase investments in public services and stated that essential areas should not be treated as merchandise. "Our government, quality public services will be essential. Transport, housing, health, security cannot be treated as a commodity, but as a right for everyone. We will not cut these expenses, that is, the working class, but rather invest these resources responsibly so that this working class can have the right to these services", said Reginaldo Lima.
