According to g1 this Thursday (16), Nickolas da Cal Prado is the owner of a Japanese food restaurant in the city and was released after posting bail. Municipal civil guards were called to respond to the incident at the Carrefour Hypermarket, located on Avenida Dom Pedro I, last Saturday (11). This time, the cashier noticed that he was leaving without paying for a piece of salmon.

Given the situation, the security guard approached the man in the establishment's outdoor parking lot. Upon the arrival of the GCM team, Nickolas confessed that he passed by the cashier with two packages of salmon, but only paid for one of them. The businessman said he was sorry, but acknowledged that he had intended to steal 4.3 kg of fish, valued at R$298.75. For this reason, the guards arrested the man red-handed. Released after bail According to Guarujá City Hall, Nickolas was taken to the Enseada Emergency Care Unit (UPA) for precautionary examinations which revealed no injuries. He was then taken to the city's Headquarters Police Station. g1 found that the police authority released the man after paying R$1,600 in bail as it was a criminal offense with a maximum penalty of no more than four years.
