The ceremony took place in Rio de Janeiro on August 12, reinforcing the consistency of the cooperative's initiatives aimed at valuing people and building an organizational culture aligned with the principles of cooperativism. The recognition is the result of Cresol's participation in the GPTW evaluation process, one of the main global references in the analysis of work environments. The methodology considers employees' perception of the organization, in addition to evaluating cultural and management practices.
