Candidates who meet the following criteria can compete in the draw: For the 1st year of High School: students born before July 28, 2008 who passed the 9th year of Elementary School; For the 2nd year of High School: students born before July 29, 2008 who passed the 1st year of High School; For the 3rd year of High School: students born before July 30, 2008 who passed the 2nd year of High School.
