CNPEM offers summer scholarships for university students with all fees paid; see how to sign up

Sirius: largest scientific structure in the country, installed in Campinas (SP). CNPEM/Sirius/Disclosure The National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), in Campinas (SP), has opened registrations for the Summer Scholarships program. University students can register through the institution's website until September 8th. The project is aimed at undergraduate students from Brazil and other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Those selected will work on the Campinas campus between January 6th and February 26th, 2027. The institution has not yet defined the exact number of vacancies. In the early 2026 edition, 28 students were chosen from more than 1,080 applicants. Who can participate? The program accepts students enrolled in undergraduate courses in the following areas: Exact Sciences; Biological Sciences; Earth Sciences; Health Sciences; Engineering; Technologies. The list of successful candidates will be published on October 5th. During the almost two months of exchange, students will work alongside CNPEM researchers in the development of biology, nanotechnology, energy, computing and sustainability projects. ??
