The information was confirmed to EPTV, a TV Globo affiliate, by the delegate responsible for the case. The arrest took place last Friday (14), in Mogi Mirim (SP), around two weeks after Lucas' body was found. The suspect, who is around 30 years old, had his arrest announced by the Civil Police this Monday (17). His identity and motivation for the crime have not yet been released by authorities. Lucas was found dead on August 2, on a dirt road in the rural area of ??Mogi Mirim, near the Luiz Torrani Industrial District. He was naked, in the fetal position, with injuries to his face and a cloth tied around his neck and body. Nearby, the lawyer's car was also found completely burned.
