Each batch of products has a different expiration date. The first, with 125 household appliances, including blenders, electric fryers and food processors, will close at 10:57 am; the last, with "approximately four items", runs until 11:07.
Available items come from customer returns. Kwara advises interested parties to check the condition of the product in the notice or through an in-person visit to the warehouse in the city of Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo.
In this notice, products are expected to have damage, scratches and dents; signs of use and wear; dirt; absence of parts, components, accessories or manuals; products with passwords and locks; non-functioning products and even items classified as scrap.
According to Thiago da Mota, CEO of Kwara, the judicial recovery has greatly increased the demand for "Casas Bahia auctions", and there are warnings of fake websites and diverted payments. He recommends checking whether the auction is actually on the official Kwara domain, checking the notice and never making payments to third parties outside of official instructions.
