SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) -

Actor Brad Pitt said he would like to give Neymar acting lessons so that the player can simulate fouls more convincingly. The comment was made during an interview with Esquire magazine, published this Monday (10).

The publication followed Pitt for a day, during which he and the interviewer watched the World Cup match between Germany and Paraguay on television. The actor was surprised by a simulation made by one of the South American national team players.

"I'm going to start a simulation class because these guys [players] are terrible," Pitt said. Then, he demonstrated to the reporter how, in his opinion, the athlete should have made the move. "It's one of the worst performances I've ever seen," he said.

Afterwards, Pitt joked that he could start teaching football players and mentioned Neymar as his first student.

"I would start with Neymar, because despite being skilled on the field, he needs help [to play]," he said.

"I'm going to show him how to look realistic and make him understand that you can't fake it all the time," he added. "I have a whole resume."

During the interview, Brad Pitt also talked about aging, sobriety, personal issues and mental health.
